Speaker presentations as well as vocal, art and music performances on all 3 days will be in the main Banquet Hall that has a capacity of 700 people.
The a/c diner hall will be used for food stalls.
The covered outhouse will be used for product stalls.
The covered hash house that is outdoors will serve as the dinning area for the lunch and dinner buffet.
There is parking space for 50 cars in the compound and there is ample car parking space on the 3 main adjoining roads.
